Sales Porter / Lot Attendant Ocean Mazda Roswell Location: Roswell, GA Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity Ocean Mazda Roswell is seeking a dependable, energetic, and professional Sales Porter / Lot Attendant to support our Sales Department. The Sales Porter plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle inventory and ensuring vehicles are ready when needed for customers and the sales team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is willing to assist wherever needed. Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable vehicle inventory lot.
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.
• Arrange vehicles according to dealership inventory and display standards.
• Ensure vehicles are properly positioned and ready for customer presentation and test drives.
• Retrieve vehicles for Sales Consultants and customers as needed.
• Assist with preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
• Fuel vehicles as directed.
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations, vendors, service facilities, or other designated locations when required.
• Assist with receiving new and used vehicle inventory.
• Check vehicles for obvious damage and report concerns to management.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure vehicle keys are properly handled and returned to designated locations.
• Assist with dealership lot organization and inventory movement.
• Help maintain cleanliness around the dealership exterior and vehicle display areas.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers when interacting with them.
• Support Sales Managers and Sales Consultants with reasonable vehicle-related requests.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Must be comfortable driving and parking a variety of vehicles.
• Previous dealership, porter, valet, automotive, or customer-service experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, bending, and moving throughout the dealership property.
• Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements.
